Contact the Nordic Cairn editorial team

If you've spotted an error, want to suggest a topic, or need to point out that a product has been reformulated since we described it, this is the place to do it.

We read every message. We're a small editorial team, so replies take a few working days rather than hours, and we can't give individual health advice.

Corrections first — the fastest way to help other readers

Write to us

Tell us which page you're writing about and what needs changing. If you have the current packaging or a product listing in front of you, mention what it says instead — reformulated ingredient lists are the most common correction we handle, and they are almost always worth sending. You do not need to be polite about it; you need to be precise.

We use your message only to answer you and to correct our pages. Details of how we handle personal information are in the Privacy Policy.

What we can and cannot answer

Questions that belong somewhere else

We write about herbal joint support and daily routines for comfortable movement. We cannot assess your own situation or your medication. If your question is about a person rather than a page, the fastest answer is usually a few doors down the high street.

Ask a pharmacist or GP

Whether a specific supplement suits you, how it might sit alongside prescription medicine, and whether it is worth trying at all are questions for a pharmacist, GP or physiotherapist. We do not advise on individual cases.

Get urgent symptoms checked

If a joint is swollen, hot, locking or painful enough that you cannot put weight on it, contact a medical professional rather than waiting on our reply. Our inbox is not monitored around the clock, and it is not a clinical service.

Reading the guides instead

Most everyday questions about joint capsules, capsule routines and topical options are already answered across our guides, including the Topical & Gel Options and Everyday Mobility pages. Reading first often saves you the wait.

Working with us

We do not accept guest posts, sponsored placements or paid links. That separation is what lets us describe a formula plainly, including the parts that are unproven.

Researchers and writers

Technical corrections welcome

If a guide misstates a botanical, a dosage form or the way an ingredient is prepared, say so and point at the source you are working from. We check technical notes carefully and credit the fix in the page itself.

Brands and agencies

Pitches and partnerships

Content partnership pitches are not something we take on, and we do not sell links or reviews. A factual correction about a product you make is still welcome — send it the same way as any other reader.

Reporting a problem with the site

A page that will not load, a link that goes somewhere unexpected, or the site behaving oddly on your phone is worth telling us about. We do not run pop-ups, auto-playing audio or anything that hijacks navigation, so behaviour like that means something has gone wrong and we want to fix it. Include the page address, your browser and your device, and a short description of what happened.

This is also the right place to flag a page you think has slipped out of date — for example a comparison that no longer matches what a brand currently sells.

Screenshots are not needed. A clear sentence about what you clicked is usually enough for us to reproduce it.

Where to find us

Our editorial desk is in Manchester. Letters and calls reach us during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The map below shows the street we are on; if you are writing rather than visiting, email is the quickest route and usually gets a reply inside a few working days.

Before you send

A few honest notes about what happens after you press send, so nothing about the wait is a surprise.

How quickly will I hear back?

A few working days in most cases. Corrections that need us to check a current ingredient list or a product listing can take slightly longer. If a week passes with no reply, send the message again rather than assuming it was ignored — contact forms occasionally lose things, and we would rather read your note twice than not at all.

Can you advise me on a joint problem?

No. Speak to a pharmacist, GP or physiotherapist for anything that needs individual assessment. We can explain what a botanical is and where the evidence is thin, but we cannot judge what is right for your knees, hips or hands.

Do you accept guest posts?

No. We do not take guest posts, sponsored placements or paid links. Corrections to the technical content of a guide are a different matter and are always welcome, whether you are a reader or a researcher.

Can I suggest a topic for a future guide?

Yes, and those notes are genuinely useful. If there is a UK joint-support product or a botanical you think readers would benefit from understanding better, tell us what it is and why it keeps coming up in your own research. Suggestions that name a specific product and what is unclear about it are the easiest for us to act on.

Still not sure where to start?

Send one clear message and we will point you to the right page

A correction, a topic suggestion or a note that something on the site looks wrong — all three land with the same small team. Write to [email protected] or use the form above, and we will either fix it or tell you where the answer already sits.
